Inverness Golf Course is a Private, 18 hole golf course located in Palatine, Illinois.

Inverness Golf Course first opened for play in 1926. The course was designed by Brent Wadsworth. Larry Packard redesigned this course in 1967.  

The course has very narrow fairways. The terrain varies between rolling and hilly, so expect uneven lies. The well-manicured greens are small, undulating, and easy to three putt.  Water hazards (several creeks and lakes) come into play on a number of holes.
